About The Apprentices Diary:
The Apprentices Diary contains short meditations on various aspects of Christian discipleship. The author does not seek to provide a systematic theology on the subject areas covered, but instead, attempts to offer the reader a fresh view on Christian discipleship, such that Father may awaken in the reader a fresh desire to seek Him with all of their heart, mind and strength.

God is able to make all grace abound to you (2 Corinthians 9v8)
Father presents each of us with an endless stream of ‘Grace Events’ that provide the greatest opportunity we will ever have for growth in our lives. Before an event touches us, Father touches it, imparting to that event an opportunity for grace. It becomes to us a gift from Father. It is these gifts, or Grace Events as I call them, that we should open ourselves to. Both the process of becoming holy and the position of holiness are dependent upon obedience. To be holy is to be obedient, and as such holiness includes submission to Fathers Grace Events, and, so with Paul we can say, ‘God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that always having all sufficiency in everything, you may have an abundance for every good deed’2. When we grasp this truth we can never have another ‘bad day’. How can any day be bad, for where opposition, suffering, or any discomfort abounds, there Fathers grace abounds yet more. No, our ‘bad days’ are a storehouse of grace to us if only we would open ourselves to the grace Father offers.
